Introduction
A new position has become available for a Regional Sales Manager in the Central Retail Region. This role will require the candidate to manage, motivate and lead a large sales team. Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills will ensure that sound customer service relations with Key Accounts are maintained. The position offers complete accountability for the success of the region.

Specification
Direct the sales team in order to maximize the company's revenue through establishing profitable sales plans and strategies to achieve the budgeted profitability and expand the current customer base
Prepares the annual Operating and Capital Budgets and monitors / controls expenses on a monthly basis
Analyze customer sales performance and determine the market potential of sales in the region.
Manage accurate and detailed record-keeping and administration pertaining to the sales region and submit weekly and monthly reports on various activities within the region
Requirements
Sales & Marketing Management / similar tertiary qualification
Minimum 3 - 5 years Sales Management Experience in a target driven environment
Ability to work in a highly pressurized, target driven environment
The ability to communicate and negotiate at all levels
Strong Business and Financial acumen
Computer literacy essential
