Specification
Invoicing to customers
Scanning of documents
Daily matching of invoices on the PO system
Reconciling, investigating and resolving outstanding debts
Ordering of stationery as and when required
Advising Admin Manager of any non-compliance issues
Reconciling queries of invoices within a week
Ordering of groceries on a monthly basis
Assisting with stock take
Quoting and obtaining order numbers
Obtaining authorization from financial institutions (Banks)
Requirements
Grade 12
Certificate in bookkeeping (NQF Level 4), not a prerequisite but would be an advantage
Approximately 2/3 years general accounting exposure
Computer literate – basic Pastel or similar accounting package, MS word, excel and outlook
Basic Accpack knowledge (advantageous)
General purchasing procedures
Account reconciliation skills
Prepare own correspondence
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work unsupervised the majority of the time






Ability to communicate both verbally and written on all levels – both internally and externally
Ability to work overtime as and when required
Ability to work as a team player
Good time management – meeting specific deadlines
Attention to detail at all times – accuracy
Excellent listening skills
