Job Functions Administration

•Compile Comeback Report for South Africa
•Compile Policy Adjustment Report for South Africa
•Compile John Deere Warranty Labour Short Paid Report for South Africa
•Compile, distribute, follow up and update PIP reports for South Africa, Kenya and Uganda
•Compile Staff User Manuals – Workshop Administration Clerks
•Compile Standard Operating Procedures for the Service Department
•Assist IT Department with Service Department related queries
•General Problem Solving and Assistance for the entire Service Department
•Updating of Labour Rates for Kenya and Uganda on a weekly & monthly basis
•Verify Comebacks on Comeback Report (resolve any issues with branch manager and divisional service manager)
•Order and Distribute John Deere Special Tools for South Africa, Kenya and Uganda
•Request and follow up on Asset forms for Special Tool orders to ensure capturing of assets
•Yearly Labour Rate Request for Warranty for South Africa, Kenya and Uganda
•Push and Pull – Communication, requests, follow ups and actioning of approved requests for South Africa, Kenya and Uganda
•Capturing of all Warranty Credit Notes for Kenya and Uganda
•Compile Recons for Kenya and Uganda
•Compile and Follow up on Return Status Claims for Kenya and Uganda
•Assist with Problem Claims for South Africa, Kenya and Uganda
•Compile, calculate and capture Write Off Requests – Policy Adjustment and Forex Related – for Kenya and Uganda
•Assist with capturing, queries and write off requests for South Africa, when necessary and with approval from line manager
•JD Warranty Return Shipment of Parts for Warranty Recalls – DHL
•Workshop Administration Staff Training
•Progress Meetings with Line Manager and Warranty Claims Clerk
•MerSeta Training Meetings when necessary
•System Updates and Upgrades Meetings when necessary
•Organised and Reliable
